Stoops visits Boise State

OU coach Bob Stoops, and members of his coaching staff, attended Boise State’s practice Wednesday. The Sooner coaches are scheduled to visit two days.

Last spring, Boise State coach Chris Petersen visited OU’s spring practices.

“I’m going to try and find out some of theirs,” Stoops joked then about Boise State’s success running trick plays. “Mine used to work a long time ago, but it’s been a little while since they have. No one notices them when they don’t work.”

Boise State, remember (how could you forget), pulled off several trick plays in the waning seconds of its Fiesta Bowl victory over the Sooners in 2007.
