Selling is easy. All you need is to sift through all the unqualified buyers you'll have to let into your House until you find Qualified Buyers who are in Love with your Home.

Should be a snap. Get an alarm and a Conceal Carry and if not that....at least a taser and a good panic alarm that calls 911. :D ;)
