I bought some whatt turned out to be god awful Uncle Sam cereal this week to get readyish for summer. This morning as I was eating it I looked at the box and it has 190 calories for 3/4 cup vs the 110 for Capn Berry Crunch I could have had! there was a large protein discrepency but still! :P
