The day will start with me getting my 5 mile run in, then a full day at work, then home to take one daughter to soccer practice and the other to volleyball practice, watch American Idol (err Idiot) with The Redhead.

Just another day in paradise.

I plan to get up pretty early to ride my bike uptown with my daughter and her boyfriend to maybe see the Zulu King & Rex and drink a beer or 19. I've been out of action most of this carnival season due to a sinus infection (wahhhhhh!!). I hope it's better tomorrow, but I think I need to get out in the streets anyway! :D
