I'm never going to be a fan that roots a Team to Fail so a new Coach can be sought out. I really hope we get off to a good start and our guys get to enjoy themselves in these last few games.

Tournaments can give anyone a good shot and maybe if Jeff just let's them play it out they'll surprise us all. I really like Cade and hope he has a good game tomorrow.

Someone that is much better at math than I am, please compute this arbitrary figures I've come up with:

--I give us a 30% chance to beat Baylor

--If we win, I'd give us a 5% chance to beat UT

--If we win both of those, I'd give us a 20% chance to beat either Mizzou or A+M, and a 50% chance to beat Tech if they made it that far

--I would then give us a 2% chance to beat KU, a 20% chance to beat KSU, and about a 40% chance to beat anyone else.

C'mon someone out there...put those numbers together and give me a "OU's chances to win the tourney" figure :)

Agree. It would be like rooting for your favorite NBA or NFL team to suck so you get the #1 overall pick... which your team can then use to draft Jamarky Purple Drank or Kwame Brown (just noticed last night that MJ still hasn't given up on him, now he's with the Bobcats, hehe).

If I remember right you just multiply the decimal form of the % together. By using your percentages you get the following:

BU-UT-Mizz/A&M-KU is 6:100,000
BU-UT-Mizz/A&M-KSU is 6:10,000

I could be wrong but those are not good odds but could be worse.

Misery is Misery for a reason - just look how much they've underachieved since existing in sports. No wonder they're so apt to be Illini's rival - two failbot athletic programs in big recruiting areas that should be doing better but for some reason don't.

That was a must win for us. I was really upset that we didn't beat yall on Senior Night at OU. I felt we got robbed much like yall feel yall got robbed in GIA this year. That's just how the ball bounces sometimes (or in the Big 12's case-- how much money the refs have on the game)
