Yep. He's not finished with the book yet. But he's close enough that they've set a concrete date. July 12th.

I'm pretty much feeling that way too.

I'm just now finishing up Game of Thrones. I was wanting to wait until he was finished with the whole thing before I read them. But with the series starting I couldn't wait.

And now I'm kicking myself for waiting.
