Three of the four major polls have been released on Monday and the Sooners (9-0) are ranked as high as No. 2 by Collegiate Baseball.

OU is also No. 3 as ranked by Baseball America and the USA Today/Coaches' poll. The Sooners also received one first place vote in the coaches' poll

Dear OU baseball,

Please beat your opponents faster next time. I would have had the chance to watch at least one OU victory this weekend, between the mens basketball defeat Saturday and the womens basketball defeat Sunday if only you scored less runs and got less hits.

PS: This is not a shot on your defensive play, as I don't think I've ever seen a team up-to-bat less than Oakland was (lol OU versus OU) during the six innings I witnessed before having to leave for the Baylor game.
