Yes, kind of. Although I don't agree with Dean's premise that women don't get it before then. Some probably don't. But those that have had great sex are certainly "wide awake" before 38. And that's usually because they were with a guy that "blew their mind".

Also, 38 was an arbitrary age. I know some women who are there before 30, but it's pretty rare. They're too busy juggling jobs/kids/relationships/etc. to relax enough to really let their hair down and be themselves. I also know some who are 50 and still ain't there and probably never will be.
