Had a freeze plug rust thru on the back of the engine.Took it down to the shop and 3 hours later its back on the road.

Had to pull the Trans and flywheel to get to the dayum thing so I changed em both while i was at it
Also put in a new Rear main engine seal and front seal on the trans

I knew it couldn't be a Ford, cause them mother****ers don't break.

Actually, I figured it was a Chevy (350 with a turbo 350 trans?). I've seen tons of them leaking from the rear main, and slapping a tranny in one of these things takes about 30-minutes. I haven't seen many freeze plugs go on them though. The Dodge 360 I've seen lots.

Naw the Turbo 350 aint been used in years, Little green has about 275K on it so i dont mind a few Probs
Aint gonna argue Ford Versus Chevy, WE all like what we like, Now I agree a Dodge is a POS

Well when you're using OVJ for anti-freeze you're just lucky you ain't lost all your freezeplugs, thermostat, hoses, heater core, radiator, water pump, head gasket, and head.

The OVJ is VET antifreeze. Had the green **** in the Radiator , the dayum thing just rusted thru. Had to replace one on the front of the engine last summer.

Prolly gonna take it back down to the shop and Replace the ones on the side
In a few weeks er months or Prolly when one of them rust out :D

"C" before "P", except after bow movement!

I believe that I heard a story on the Speed Channel last year that quoted there are 2x Chevy pickups over 15 years old on the raod, than any other brand.
