If he learns to step up when being rushed, instead of running back and wide, and decides to take off running with better judgment, he will be a complete QB.

It's cool to see how different his throwing motion is in that video compared to what it is today. Much more polished now (obviously), thanks to Josh.

I was actually talking about his face being more round in the QB challenge... But thanks for your input.
