because thats what he likes. :D

Of course I didn't do the usual baking and all thats involved with a huge thanksgiving dinner, since its just the two of us. I only made a turkey breast in a cooking bag that I stuffed with homemade cornbread stuffing. I put it in a cooking bag so I could drain enough broth for the gravy. The sides were simple; cranberry/orange chutney, steamed green beans with almond slivers, and maple/buttered carrots with Sister Shuberts yeast rolls. To drink...a bottle of Piedmont region white wine. We're just having L' Ase' strawberries and Vanilla bean ice cream for dessert.

He'll be home at 7:30. I'll light the candles right before. Thats when the fun begins. ;)

the "fun" makes me sleepy too. Better do both at the same time.

Oven broiled Talapia over brown rice.
Orange saute' veggies w/ onions & garlic.
Wine, of course! :D
I ain't no chef. But, have to admit it was worth doing. ;)

Mama, I have a favor to ask.

Can you cook dinner for me and then bring it over?

Thanks in advance.
