I picked up one of these on a whim yrs ago at a SAM'S. Haven't seen one before or since. But, I'm telling you, these are terrific when it comes to clearing one's vehicle. I've used mine on our family's cars and pickups several times a yr for maybe 10 years. It is almost as useful as a snow shovel.

Think about how many times you've been driving behind someone w/ a "snowcap", and the thing flies off toward you... Or maybethere's a snowcap on your own vehicle and it slides down over your windshield at the most inopportune moment.

Sno-brums are the answer; they don't scratch one's car, they are super easy to use, using them is a chore that can easily be assigned to kids. It is a shame we don't see these in the Oklahoma market...

Now there is a handy gadget... a junk-free garage. Tsk... it's just not in my genetic make-up :O .

So I gotta go w/ the sno-brum. :P

maybe we should send you all to mamby-pamby land. if there's any ice - those don't work so good.

how does that help if snow flies off someone else's car onto yours?

is "what used to be snow but is now a block of ice" the "snowcap" that ouwasp was referring to in the original post?
