This guy is nothing but a squatter... He didn't even have content on the site until, suddenly, there was some interest in buying it...

He'll get paid... pretty well too. It's a 5 letter .com domain, so it was a good bet it had some value anyway.

Just add or take away teams until they get a number with an available domain name. Maybe pac15.com is available.

There's just one problem, the domain is already owned and the owner isn't interested in selling.

...or he's not interested in selling at the original price offered. Heck I would use the same ploy. Can't play it too long tho as some posters have pointed out above, there are alternatives.
