It takes my brain an average of 5 days after the Super Bowl to regenerate lost IQ points after watching countless beer, soft drink, and snack food ads. Most of which feature a 20 something year old guy doing "extraordinary things" like fighting off an angry bear or something to obtain a can of Pepsi or Bud Light.

Then there's the GoDaddy.Com commercial The spot looks like something 3 guys slapped together for their Business Administration class project while splitting a case of cheap beer.

The spot has a Friend of Ferris Buellar looking guy who won't watch the ball game because he is at his computer in the corner looking for internet porn. A Jack Black type character on the couch understands his hairy palmed friend's excuse that he used to watch football "only for the commercials" because "Jack Black" only watches for "wardrobe malfunctions". Knowing nods are exchanged between the two buddies.

Spanky, at the computer, finds a commercial that implies that a female race car driver will take off her cloths. Men, women, and popcorn fly over the couch to join Spanky in the corner who turns out to have been the "cool one in the know" all along. Oddly, the women are much more excited about seeing the female race car driver strip than the guys are.

Just wait until the guys break out the National Geographic magazine collection and the JC Penny catalog with the bra and panties ads! Now that's a party!

Bnaker had a class, so I missed the first half.
Has the VW Darth Vader been on yet? I actually like it, though you could easily figure out the ending before hand.

The worst was the Pepsi "I want to sleep withe her; I want to sleep with her" ad. That couldn't have taken more than 30 minutes to create, shoot, and produce.

The Coke ad with the two border guards was well done.

The kid Darth Vader commercial was the best. Took me back to my childhood doing the same thing. Of course my DV helmet was nothing more than an empty box of Coors Yellow Belly's.
