It's three days with no home mail delivery. I know it snowed and stuff, but what about that "Neither snow, nor rain, nor heat, nor gloom of night stays these couriers from the swift completion of their appointed rounds" crap?

Don't worry about it either way. It's either bills, or what you civilians call "junk mail" anyhow. Besides, nobody uses the mail anymore.

Just remember, when you control the mail, you control... information.

Bullshiite. Unless and/or until the Okie legislature changes some state statutes, legal process requires the United States Postal Service in order to function. Not to mention nothing proves someone got mail you sent like good ol' USPS certified mail, delivery restricted to addressee, return receipt requested.

Do the carriers get paid for not delivering the mail?

There's no rule against postal workers not dating women. It just works out that way.

Too many people got their mail. Close to 80%. Nobody's ever cracked the 50% barrier.
