He was suspended for the Kstate game. And nobody in the history of the universe has caught 100 receptions and a td in 12 straight games.

In terms of individual records, if you don't play in a game it doesn't affect streaks like games with a catch. So, yeah, you are missing something.

But my opinion is that it is a different case if the only reason the player didnt play was completely his fault when he knew the consequences(I speculate he did know he was doing something wrong).
If it was an injury i wouldnt have said that.
If you forfeit a game, your winning streak dosnt continue type of thing.

I think he is a good, very good receiver.(Right now number 1 in the country for 2011)
But he brought the issue onto himself and he knew the consequences (I speculate of course)

Haha very true. Though one would think that if someone really wanted to know what was going on with his twitter account then maybe, oh I don't know, they would follow him? Do we really need like 30 posts with david posting **** he has posted to his own twitter? If it is someone elses, whatever, but if I wanted to see his twitter updates every time he makes one I would become a follower.

No way is Blackmon even on the same level as Broyles. He will get drafted ahead of Broyles because of his size, but Broyles will in turn have a better pro career because of his skill set. He can play every position and return kicks, whereas Blackmon is a one-trick pony. Run straight, run fast, catch ball. Maybe that's three tricks, but his skillset isn't near that of Broyles.
