being a lifelong watcher of golf, i find it rather pleasing to watch a tournament when tigger isn't playing. it's nice to see that SOMEONE ELSE IS ACTUALLY PLAYING IN THE TOURNAMENT!!!!

if the golf is on NBC, and johnny miller is calling the action, you still can't tell if tigger is/is not playing in the event. "I remember when Tiger hit a 6-iron to 2 feet from this same location back in 1998, on Friday afternoon. He's not playing here this year, but boy I wish he was!!!" BIG F-ING DEAL!!!!

Somethe the best sleep time you can get. They crowd rarely makes a bunch of noise and the announcers speak softly so as not to disturb your sleep:D

I feel the same way about the NFL. I feel like I am constantly being butt-raped by a Manning, without the courtesy of a reach-around. Whatever the hell a reach-around is.

Same here. I only watch golf when he's on.

Just the opposite, when they show him when he's not in contention, I change the channel.

Tiger is old news and he's washed up, not to mention a fraud that everyone in the world now sees.

The worst part about Phil is that once he lost like 10 pounds he decided he looked so good he needed to wear incredibly tight shirts. Newsflash, just because you went from having C cups to being mildly chubby doesn't mean that shirt fits now.

Pretty ballsy for Phil to have Bones tend the flag on 18. Had he made it, it would have been the new shot heard around the world. Hell to get within 3 feet was pretty good.

Read some interesting stuff of how's Tiger's demise has cost lots of people lots of money. His impact on the game has been huge, obviously, drawing in new fans and thus cash-ola for anyone who sells ads.
Ambien sales jumped for awhile, though.
