Has there ever been a recruiting year this boring? Seems like there is usually a lot of suspense for closing in on a big recruit...

I see where you're coming from. It's nice to grab a good player just before national signing day, but the 2011 class is a small one and has been wrapped up for a while. Losing Carter doesn't add to the 'suspense', either.

Well we only have 16 to give out, so I guess in a way its good. We have a good chunk of what we need, and we just go after the spots where we are thin.

Sixteen? Really? I know I don't have time to keep up with everything, but who is leaving besides the 13 scholarship Seniors?

This years class is pretty solid, and addressed some important positions with D-Line and O-Line. Some people get worried about the lack of a CB, however, we have a very fast James Haynes who redshirted last year, who we can look at as a CB recruit for this years class.

I am pretty excited to see what happens in a few years with the linemen. A solid group on D and O can be the glue for this team in the coming years, even when we have to transition from Landry to our next QB.

It is a boring recruiting year but I can live with it. Get the kids who have given a verbal signed on 2/2/11 and then let's prepare for spring ball.

Well, Mark Rodgers said it on the Sports Animal, so take that with a grain of salt. Something about the amount of young guys, few people leaving, etc.

Our class addressed our defensive front needs & will get us a big time WR and RB

Its just "boring" cause we aren't on anyone late

Recruiting has been boring for quite a while now....more and more kids are not only committing early, but enrolling in the spring.

Getting the #12 and #14 players in the nation was pretty exciting for me.

It doesn't really bother me at all, we still win! I just remember the days when signing day wasn't so anti-climatic.
