Bob Stoops to coach GlobeTrotters

The Harlem Globetrotters have done a decent job winning without him, but OU football coach Bob Stoops will lend his efforts to the squad on Jan. 23 in Oklahoma City Arena. Stoops will coach the Globetrotters during their Globetrotter Football Skit against the Washington Generals.

Stoops has also donated 100 tickets for the game to OU Children’s Hospital.

Who would have thought he would leave OU for basketball. ESPN didn't even see this coming...:D

Globetrotters were funny when I was like 10. If I had kids I would take them, but to stupid for me to waste the time and money going with no children. Anyone who goes feel free to video tape the stoops part and post it on here.

Watching clips of them in the 70's they seemed to be REALLY entertaining, now it just feels goofy, probably ok for children, I won't be purchasing a TIVO for it though.
