When is it? And which Sooners will get invites? I'd be really interested to see Murray's measurables, because we all know he has the intangibles.

He won't clock the fastest forty time but I think he be tops among all running backs in some of the agility testing such as the shuttle and vertical jump. He was a damn good basketball player coming out of high school, top 30 recruit if I recall.

I'm afraid his 40 time will cause him to drop...He looked hobbled and slower the last two seasons.

Combine is Feb 23-Mar 1 in Indy. Think now that bowl games are over invites should be sent out soon.

257 invites already sent to seniors...75 to underclassmen

I too think DM7's 40 will suffer some. I'd say that injuries and the additional weight he put on is much to blame. He just didn't look as fast as he used to. If he does drop to the lower rounds, I think he will be a steal.

Murray looked plenty fast this year. Go watch his first touchdown against Baylor, he was smoking everyone on that run. Had one against Ttech too.

He's got a lot of top end speed, but he lost some acceleration.

It would be spectacular if he can clock something in the 4.5's, but i'm worried that we might see 4.6's and 4.7's. Could really hurt him if a lot of other RBs post faster times with the recent success of smaller, speedier backs.

The guy is a player though. there is no denying that.

Was he that good? I remember him being a good player, but was he really top 30? I know Terrell Pryor was nationally ranked in b-ball as well.
