That's the highest point total by any player this season. The Clippers have won 5 in a row at home.

Most impressive stat I heard about today: Blake only had one dunk. Nice to show that he can score other ways. Nice improvement from the line too.

Woah, woah, woah. Don't be hatin' on my boy Lebron :D

In all seriousness, BG is a beast. I wish that dude nothing but the best as I got to hang with him when he was in high school and he was cool.

I thought your boy would be Tony Allen... or are you still holding out hope that Bryant Reeves will make an NBA return ;)

Also, don't make Blake Griff angry - he'll just score more and dunk more. I like that Baron is taking the protector role that Tay Tay had back at OU.

What was great about this game was that I think Blake only had 1 dunk on the night. A lot of his buckets were off some great post moves (baby hooks, up and unders, spin moves, and drop steps). Also showed some nice mid-range jumpers as well. Basically did everything that he has been criticized for not doing "well" this season.

Clips are really playing well at home right now....if they can find a way to win on the road consistently, then they will be on their way to being one of the better teams in the West.

Tony Allen is one tough dude though. He whipped OJ Mayo's *** in a fight on the plane just a week ago.

Sad to see the Double-Double streak end...might have gotten it if he had stayed in the whole game, but the Clippers were way up and Del Negro pulled the starters.

Props to Kevin Love for keeping his streak going after a pretty ineffective 1st half where he missed extended time to foul trouble. He definitely deserves most improved player honors this year. He'll be a really good player for years to come.

Blake had another solid outing. Timerwolves just had no answer for his athleticism around the basket and Blake got several of his offensive rebounds off his own missed shots. He continues to improve his FT shooting and is up to about 60% now. If he can get that average up another 10 points that'll be huge.

Blake also got into foul trouble late in the 3rd, which hurt his playing time.

LOS ANGELES (AP)

Blake Griffin is more than just slam dunks, rebounds and highlight reel fodder for YouTube and the NBA's marketing machine. The 21-year-old rookie has blossomed into a multidimensional player who also can distribute the ball and make an occasional 3-point shot when necessary.
Griffin hit the go-ahead 3-pointer in the final minute to cap a 30-point effort, tied a career high with 18 rebounds and established another with eight assists to lead the Los Angeles Clippers (http://msn.foxsports.com/nba/team/los-angeles-clippers/71086) to a 113-109 victory over the Golden State Warriors (http://msn.foxsports.com/nba/team/golden-state-warriors/71083) on Saturday night.
The Clippers won for the 12th time in 17 games and extended their home winning streak to seven - their longest since a seven-game stretch during the 2004-05 season.

With the talent they have if they had a better owner and an elite coach those guys would be contenders.
