I call bull****.

1. First of all, how stupid would you have to be to leisurely stroll around with a laptop containing the cure for cancer. You keep that crap in a safe place. Its pretty important.

2. I highly doubt their "possible cancer cure" story. If you did discover something like that, you would not be stupid enough to not back up your files, and you would not be stupid enough to leave it in plain site in your car while you go grab a sandwich.

My buck says that it is data that is extremely important or very damaging to them if it fell into the wrong hands and since they didn't back it up, it is lost forever and they will always wonder. I mean seriously....cure for cancer lost because some strange couple left it in their car for everyone to see at Panera Bread in Norman, OK?

It do sound fishy bro , But Im sure some one on here can do a relative fast and easy check to to see, aIm like you , If they were so smart why in hell did they not back it up. and why in hell dod they just jave the ONE Lap top ?

Heh. Thats where I carry the U.S. Nuclear Codes.Not in yer Billfold, but mine in My pocket. I want to keep em handy in case Obama ever needs em and calls me .

Oh I wasn't questioning your link. Nor was I questioning their legitimacy as scientists at OU. I was just calling BS on them saying it was a possible cure for cancer.
