It was not kind of dirty, he is a dirty player -- couldn't believe he tugged on the player's facemask when he was on the ground and no flag. Oregon pegged him as dirty and it looks like from reviewing tape they saw the type of player he is.

I'm not positive, but I think it was Auburn's Eric Smith that kicked an Oregon duck player in the head after a play and the kid had to go to the locker room before the half because he was bleeding everywhere.

Yeah it's really sad that they made that thug the defensive MVP of the game. I guess if you're good enough you can do anything you want and it's not a big deal. It doesn't make sense that the NFL and NCAA is trying to make the game safer by throwing flags on perfectly good hard hits, but stuff like this gets swept under the rug. It should have been an instant ejection, he could have seriously hurt the kid.
