Dupnik has been around forever (at least somebody with that name). He was in some public office (sheriff?) when I lived out there over 20 years ago. He was a dumbass then, and it seems like he's continued on his mission to be an ever bigger dumbass.

I read the article, but it really doesn't address what Arpaio thinks about the shootings.
