Seriously. Got a stomach flu today--been puking since 6:30 a.m. Texas orange every time,

Lie on your back or right side. That keeps your organs from squishing your queasy stomach.

Also, an icy cold washcloth to the back of the neck always helps.

hmm... right side, huh? that makes sense. I opted for the curl into the fetal position with my face over the trash can option. I'm finally to the point that gatorade and water don't make me puke anymore and crackers have stayed down, so I think I'm ok. Not my idea of a fun day, though. It was a bad end to a not very good week.

Have you Noticed tho, When he gets his azz handed to him , and He cant say "I win" that he acts like Lid and goes away for awhile hopin every one will forget , then if and when he comes back he trys to laugh it off like he was just jokin all along ?

no, i drink 7-up when i'm sick because it's one of the only things that doesn't taste funny when your head is clogged up and it doesn't upset your stomach worse because it isn't very acidic.

Gatorade G2 is the way to go...less sugar than the regular versions.
