I make about 250 gallons of alcohol per acre per season from sweet potatoes. Although certain parts of the carburetors for the gens don't like ethyl alcohol I still like making my own energy.

no....not considering the time put you'd have to dedicate to it and the safety factor....especially not at first. It's not an economical thing it's a practice for survival thingy?

I will be almost 50 at the end of 2018, at which time I fully expect Social Security, China and electric trains to take care of my needs.

Suck on that, young people.

I'll put my fix in with the 2012 election. There are more oil reserves in the U.S. than any other country. Enough to last over 150 years if import zero oil. I'll be gone long before then. All we have to do is get rid of Obama and his ban's on drilling for it and we will be fine. Peak oil is a myth.

Do you mean absolute peak oil? where it takes more energy/value to extract a barrel than it's worth?

Because if that's what you're asking, then I've done exactly what everyone else has done: squat.

How much of it do you drink?

How much of it do you drink?

none....you are required by law to denature it so it is unfit for drinking.
