Could that card be fake? It's dated 1981, and has "Charles Wilkinson" on it. I thought Bud legally changed his name to "Bud" when he ran for the U.S. Senate in 1964?

That's a Minnesota SSN prefix and he would have been 65 at the date on the card. Could be.
