This. The NCAA considers 1 July as the athletic's calendar New Year's Day.

Everyone sitting around us at the Fiesta Bowl including me gave NE to the Big 10 after they lost so big to WI so as far as we are concerned football is already in the Big 10 for NE. Then ESPN guy comes out and pretty much says the same thing that NE who is going to the Big 10 didn't make the Big 10 look very good in the bowl game. Cracked me up!

Checking with the hospital here in Bangkok it takes around 6 weeks to heal completely.
Having your name changed afterword form Don to Dawn takes only 2 weeks.

This really works out badly for the pokes, as now, they'll never have a chance to win a Big XII South championship, much less the overall conference championship. Once again, it sucks being them.
