I was just reminded why I hate Fox's college football broadcasts.

THE RULES DO NOT NEED TO BE THE SAME AS ON SUNDAY! IT IS NOT CONFUSING TO THOSE OF US WHO FOLLOW COLLEGE FOOTBALL ALL YEAR DIP ****!

I love how they reitterated that only one foot needs to be down after I believe it was Mcneil's TD. I laughed a good bit when they acted smug after that comment.

I haven't watched the whole game--have I missed any debates about whether or not the receiver was forced out of bounds while he was in the air? :rolleyes:

And Fox does have college announcers, so why are NFL guys doing this game?

It would give the Big 12 a BCS game in its own backyard. I'd prefer a game like that to be in Houston, but the Cotton Bowl is prestigious.

I almost turned the TV during the pre-game hype by the announcers. They were really bad and favoring A&M which made me want A&M to lose even more so we didn't have to listen all year to how they won the most prestigeous bowl. Couldn't believe the announcers felt the same way about prestigous bowl. That was a long game with those announcers. Takes a lot to get me to root for Les Miles more than not caring if he wins but after the opening, I was for LSU all the way. You would have thought that Sherman was the greatest coast ever.
