As strange as it seems, there could be a grain of truth. Bob Stoops and Foley are close and you know good and well there is a huge spy/intell network between Norman and Austin. True or not, it is funny as hell.

What's really hilarious about the whole thing is the fact that they are seemingly blind to how quickly WM bolted, even if you believe the ridiculous notion that Stoops was somehow behind it.

Foley called and Will was gone. No drawn out goodbye, no going back and forth on it, no visit, no interview, he was just gone, adios, at the moment UF came calling.

This would be a bigger conspiracy if somehow Stoops had convinced UF to keep trying or to pull off some huge hire that wouldn't have otherwise been there.

It's pretty obvious that if anyone had come calling Muschamp was gone. Only the whinest orange faithful believe his line about this was the only job he would have left for.
