Everyone keeps saying he will be moved to another position, but the reality is that he may end up being the only QB we sign this year (If Bradley chooses baseball). I hope he stays at QB, but just wanted to know what you guys thought?

Do we NEED to sign 2 or 3 Top QBs every year ?

Why would Bradley choose baseball?

Suppose to be a 1st round MLB draft choice.

I guess not since Drew Allen will be a sophmore and Blake will be freshman next year. I would just like to see what Kendall can do at the QB position.

Baseball is berry berry good to those that make it to the major league.

Texas' 2010 season (because it didn't go into 2011, after all):

Precisely. Take that and run with it. More money, 0.000000000005% of the work and damage to the body. Only downside is slightly longer season. But it's far less demanding of either talent or endurance for more cash.

And if it doesn't work out, he can come back and be a 27 year old college quarterback

Kendall is not as fast as his dad, but he can change directions very quickly. Has a flip motion like Vick and sends the ball 50 yards; my only question is can he stay healthly, lots of injury problems while he was at Southmoore. As far as pure talent he has "it".

Plus he needs to put on at least 30 pounds, i'd say.

How else will we get good DB's?

If he is good, he will play at QB, if not, he won't. Landry is back for one, probably two more years. Blake Bell and Drew Allen will have first crack at the next two years. Kendall Thompson would have to be really good to beat out those guys. After that, nothing is promised. Halzle was the more veteran QB over Bradford, but Sam beat him out. Thompson will either develop into quality QB worthy of starting at OU, or he will be beat out by a guy who plays better, and maybe become a quality backup option. Its just really hard to see how a player will develop before they get to Norman and get coached up.

Yea he needs to put on more muscle mass. I think he's a good athlete. If he does change positions it will be in the best interest of the team. I do think he'll end up a good player.

Looked quick on the game last night. Pretty ugly throwing the ball tho. That can be fixed and he would probably have a pretty big arm w/ the right mechanics. Looks like he could play anywhere on the field tho. Took on a pretty big ol' boy on a block and stood his own.

Maybe he will be brought in at Quarterback to give us a change of pace. With the diamond formation it would be 4 different threats in the backfield and the opponents will still need to respect the pass.

^^^ That block showed he has some moxy or others say...SWAGGER!!! He can play many skill positions well, so he is gonna to be a good one for us. Welcome aboard the Sooner Express Kendall, next stop National Championship #8.
