NORMAN – Oklahoma’s Ronnell Lewis has been discharged from a Phoenix area hospital and is returning to Oklahoma. OU Head Athletic Trainer Scott Anderson said Lewis’ prognosis is, “good.”
Lewis sustained a mild concussion during Saturday’s Tostitos Fiesta Bowl.

They keep releasing conflicting info. First it was a mild concussion, then it was the same neck injury that Eldridge had and now it's a concussion again? I wonder if anyone really knows.

Certainly glad he is okay, but definitely hope this sends a message on constantly leading with the crown of his helmet when blocking or tackling.
Was he leading with his helmet on the play where he was hurt? I don't remember him doing that. Seems to me like he was almost upright when he basically leveled the defender. Just curious.
