Just saw this on gameday:

OU is #2 in the nation when it comes to forcing 3 and outs orbetter. 63 times.

TCU is #1 with 70.

Part of that may be the speed with which we play. We get more possessions, the opponent gets more possessions, therefore, more chances to get a 3 and out. The better stat would be percantage of time the defense gets a 3 and out when they are on the field.

So when did TCU go to an uptempo offense?

OUr defense really isnt that bad...but like you said we give a lot of possessions so it makes our def look bad too.
