Nevermind Auburn's best non-conference opponent losing to a bad South Florida team today.

All the more reason for a playoff. We don't legitimately know which teams & conferences are best because the sample size is WAY too small to know.

Yea any team can get up for 1 game. Thats the ONLY reason why I'd like a playoff. I don't care about anything else for that argument.

KSU, Baylor and Mizzou all lost. oSu, God help us, is the only conference bowl win to date.

The SEC>Big XII deal/argument means nothing IMO....

It's just a bunch of bologna that SEC Schools think is something they can hang their hat on if their only losses are to SEC Schools. Most of them drop games just like any other School does. It's a myth that comes true from time to time....

How would you feel if all the Big 12 teams won, but OU lost? Like CRAP. The conference stuff means nothing to me.

It's always easy to forget about Baylor.
If we didnt have SicEm, Im sure we would only mention them once a year.
With an additional week every 30 years when they beat saxeT

SEC's 0-3 so far, with 2 losses to ACC teams, and 1 to a Conference USA team.

The Big XII's 1-4 (0-2 vs. Big Ten, 1-1 vs. PAC-10,& 0-1 vs. the Big East)

Yes, there was this thing called the Southwest Conference of which we were a member and enjoyed moderate success over the years including beating Texas.
