Did M. Trice change positions?

I was watching some of the bowl practices and noticed he is wearing the crimson jersey which the offensive players wear. Slot? I haven't seen this before.

Sure it was Trice or could it be a duplicate number? He would probably be good w/ the ball in his hands.

I noticed at the Big 12 Championship game that he was catching balls in the passing drills and then I looked at those pictures and it seems that he has switched.

i hope this is a way to get the guy on the field. i remember watching hs highlight film of him from some seven on seven camp and he had some insane moves as a reciever.

He played receiver in High School and warms up with the offense, dont look for him to play come Saturday.

But is this a position change? Why would he warm up with the O if he is not a offensive player? Seems odd for the change seeing that our 2 safeties are leaving next year? Is it poor play on defense? Or is he better on offense? We seem to be loaded presently at WR.
