Az out played Osuccs in every category cept Scoring and TOs when I went to bed and said to hell with it

For some reason I've always kind of liked SMU (I think it's the underdog factor) but yeah it is hard to root for that d0uchebag's alma mater

Tulsa-Hawaii game was the same. HI had a crap-ton of yards.

Yup, Those TOs happened at the worst time fer Mikes guys. Osuccs shouldnt even have been able to stay on the field with em cept for those.

I think that is more June Jones influence than anything. I think that is his favorite color or something for football uniforms. SMU has been slowly incorporating more and more black into their regular color schemes and their coaches have started to wear black polos.

June did the same thing at Hawaii too where they wore black/green uniforms.

Has to be a dissapointing loss for SMU considering it was a home game for them. Army was ready to play though. I'd keep an eye on SMU though, I definitely think they have something going and can certainly jump to a top 40 football program in the next 2 to 3 years. June Jones apparently turned down the Maryland job to stay at SMU. It'll be his 4th year next year so he'll pretty much finally have all guys he recruited there.

I think the recruiting class SMU has coming in next year is supposed to be REALLY good. I would certainly hope that they are dotting EVERY I and crossing EVERY t when it comes to recruiting.

I remember about 20 years ago when Wake Forest hosted Army for their Homecoming game, one of the cadets had a friend at Wake and ended up getting so smashed that he missed his flight back home. I can only imagine the trouble he got into when he got back to West Point.

I was actually at the game...and for all of you who cry and moan about attendance and fans leaving early at OU games, we got it made. I know it's SMU, but they couldn't even fill up their own stadium for a bowl game. Oh, and SMU fans enjoy sitting down during the game. So there...now STFU.
