Behold the SF.com Retard Remover Greasemonkey plugin.

It looks at your ignore list and *completely* removes threads and posts by those on your ignore list...AND it removes posts that quote them.

For you nerdy types, it uses an AJAX callback to look at the Ignore page and caches the data in a cookie for optimum efficiency.

All you need is:
1) Firefox
2) The Greasemonkey plugin for Firefox (google it)
3) This: http://67.192.186.226/sfcom_retard_remover.user.js

Thanks. The only place those you've ignored show up are if they're the last poster in a thread they didn't start. I *could* write the code to find the last poster that's not on ignore, but that could get pretty cumbersome as it could require several behind the scenes page loads.

FWIW, Greasemonkey scrips are supported natively in Chrome, and in Safari with the Greasekit extension.

Not all scripts work in Greasekit, and I haven't had occasion to try this one so it may or may not work in those browsers.

Just thought I'd throw that out there for those of you non firefox peeps.

I'm not sure...SF.com runs on vBulletin, but it's just one of many forum software packages out there. The script could be generalized to work with any vBulletin forum, but it would require a bit of re-engineering.
