I can only imagine some of the perversion that might be coming this threads way...
Anyhow, a friend of mine brought by a pkg of pre-roasted chestnuts this p.m....I had eaten some yrs ago... gotta admit, they were/are underwhelming in my opinion. Why did Bing Crosby sing about something that smells like dog food and tastes like what I imagine it must be like?
But all is not lost. After eating an obligatory handful, I inflicted them on my kids. Daughter ate one, was repulsed. This provided amusement :) . Son ate one, wanted me to leave the bag w/him as he continued some sort of violent video game...
