Granted, there are a lot of errors being used by that site to give us this list but what scares me is that we really might start off the season ranked 1.

I think only one team has ever started out #1 and finished there. I think that team was the 2005 USC team. I really hope OU isn't ranked #1. I would like to see this team ranked in the top 5, but not 1.

Actually 1974 and 75 Sooners did it also. They didn't stay #1 the entire season, but preseason and final poll had them #1. 1985 Sooners also as was pointed out earlier.
