6'0" PG from Saint John Bosco H.S, in Bellflower, California. Extremely quick, with great handles, with pretty good medium range on his jumper. Jeff Capel is making a strong push for him. Originally committed to Western Kentucky, but is being recruited by the likes of UCLA and Kansas now.

Quick Update: St John Bosco is 8-1 on the year, with Cezar averaging 27 pts and 5 assists a game. He scored 25 in a recent win over Montebello. UCLA board is mixed on him; many Bruin fans seem to think every UCLA recruit should be like Magic Johnson...
