Dan Marino was pretty good and he retired without a Superbowl Ring.

Teams win Superbowls, not individual players.

True. Marino played about four years too long chasing that ring, and declined in each year toward the end. He could still make incredible passes, but couldn't hardly even walk back to the huddle.

Archie Manning was another one who spent his carer with the wrong team.
