Well, the Convicts didn't seem too impressed with him, but both parties are pretty desperate right now, and he may be a good recruiter, IDK. Wouldn't surprise me.

Randy Shannon = overrated. Because of his story, the media wanted so badly for him to succeed. So bad in fact, they pumped Jacory Harris for the Heisman.

he had lots of talent at Miami. But when he was strictly the DC there, his defenses always were top 10. Except 1 year.

Yes, UT will make a play for Shannon and it would be a great move for them. He is a very good DC and he recruits very well too.

Yep he goes. He backed out of the DC job at Kentucky and has called TX himself if u believe the reports.
