He stayed at Okahoma, again. He's stayed every time. Maybe it's Boren, maybe it's Castiglione, or maybe it's something inside him.
Perhaps he mulled the idea of being the head man at Ohio State, Notre Dame, the Cleveland Browns, the Atlanta Falcons, or the University of Florida three times. Perhaps it tempted him.
But, he stayed at Oklahoma. Again.
At this point, his commitment to the University of Oklahoma is cemented. He's one of the holy trinity of coaches at one of the most prestigious schools in college football. And it seems it is a post he wants to keep.
So, let's thank whatever diety you are partial to that Oklahoma has Bob Stoops. We've had much worse, and we strive to forget what that's like.
