I love the way he starts by trying to censor himself but by the end has lost it completely.

the guy interviewing is mike misinelli (sp). he was actually on "mike and mike" the other morning as well. my wife worked in sports radio here in philly for about 15 years out of college. everytime she would see him, it would be as if he'd never met her before. and he never could understand why she wouldn't be "interested" in him. i think his personal mantra is, "enough about me... let's talk about me."

totally self-absorbed dooshbag that argues ABSOLUTELY everything.

That's a pretty weird either/or. If you didn't listen please don't tell us.

I love Barry... I just wonder how the King would have fared, PR-wise, in the Internet Age?

I bet he'd even be more legendary...

"Can't pull it up at work. What did he say?"

"heard about it? I was in the damn thing" about the Marcus Dupree 30/30

said a bunch of fat guys in philly would be waiting on the Dallas bus and moon them when they came to town. they always got a kick out of it.

said *** and damn about 40 times.

Switzer would fare just fine in the internet age until one of two things happened.

first and foremost, *if* he didn't win.

secondly, if he got into some trouble NCAA-wise like he did back then.

love Barry's indignation about Ken Farley. "a scoundrel".

glad i'm able to share this with all of you. was excited to hear barry on the radio up here in philly. they talk about college football about 1% of the time, and when they do, they're totally misinformed - much like ESPN when they run a story about OU. out of that 1%, about .05 goes to penn state, .03 to rutgers, and .02 to temple.

they just don't get it up here.
