As the reggae/world music dude at Tower, I got to meet a lot of reggae artists. I found most of them arrogant. Jah Levi was one of the few that showed any interest in conversing. (He was fronting Niyabinghi Theocracy at the time.)

I especially like the metal-esque guitar solo haflway through. (Rare in reggae, but a regular feature with Jah Levi.)

Any others with high-quality sound?

That's a good tune, I hate reggae but I will check out more of Jah Levi.

Not reggae in the least, but still a good recent find of mine.

Okay, I like that. A lot. Never heard of the band, though. (And it isn't a live vid, but... I'll let it go this time. :D)

Back to live: Kraftwerk. The sound quality on this one is incredible for a Youtube vid. A friend said it was "four guys playing on their laptops." No appreciation for minimalism.

I can usually find something I like in every type of music, my that Kraftwerk is just weird. And that Splashdown song is so damn addictive, I don't mean to hop on my own pogo stick but that was a good find.

Back to live vids, Days of the New is one of my favorite bands.

Oh yeah?!?! Check out Indiogenes, which is like an American Indian version of Kitaro, even has the synthesizers.
