And sitting in the 400 sections? Thinking about buy some tickets when I get there but this makes the wife unit nervous.

I see that OU has section 445 on sale online. I also see that I can score some 20 yard line tics for about $500-$600 per pair online thru a ticket agency.

Ebay looks dry right now.

I'm assuming that OU will be the home team but how does the Fiesta determine which team gets what side/section?

I got my tickets from OU Ticket office yesterday. The lady told me that OU is the home team, but our seating is on the visitors side. Hope the team is there, too.

I got my tickets off epicseats.com. Lower level for 110 a piece. Not to bad i would say.

Going to the game -- tickets confirmed right after the closing time for changing the order for season ticket holders. Fastest I have ever had then confirmed. Also bought tickets to the tailgate party with a free meal and a parking pass. Ready to head out after Christmas weekend!

Going, but OU hasn't told me where I'm sitting yet.

That was a pain in the *** if you're flying. We finally found something reasonable. Three hour layover in Denver but the airport is pretty nice. Just grab some food, booze, and do some shopping.

I went to the W.V. debacle and the Fiesta has a scalping section between the party (mall full of bars) and the stadium.

They will be dirt cheap there.

Look here, some lower level tix for $100...very reputable site, I use it for all of my OU game purchases...no shipping fee, no service fee

I hope the players aren't as bored with this matchup as I am.

I would love to go to the bowl game... I love watching OU play anyone. But the attractiveness of this matchup vs. the expense? Can't justify it. It would take free tix and lodging for me to even consider this one.

This is argument 1 and 1A for keeping the BCS, but adding the Cotton Bowl and simply taking the 12 best teams right from the rankings. SEC SEC SEC has 3 teams in the top 12? Fine. Great year. Big East none? Fine. Get better next year. This year would have produced a participant from the WAC and MWC each. No more whinin' and yelpin' about the evil inequities of the system.

And most importantly no crappy matchups at the top.
