I'm going to the damn game IF I can find a worthless family member to watch the kids for a few days. Already got one no from the SIL...stupid bitch.

I see that the drive is over 14 hours so **** that.

Who's going?

I will be there early and late. Gonna enjoy this one. Never could stand the Big East but I wasn't sure why. Now I have a reason.

Gonna be difficult with all the heavy drinking on the night before. Might have to mix in some coffee. Naaa nevermind I'll just hurt for a few weeks.

I wish i could go, a couple of high school buddies(im a frosh in College) want me to come with but i dont have a job.

Vet seems like a cool person to party with!

Seems like We were in a place called the Yard House or something like that and then the Moon Bar or somesuch........

All I need is Miller and shots of whiskey.......then it all looks the same

Going to the game -- got confirmation on the tickets about two hours after the close of where you could change the number. Already bought the parking pass and tickets for the rally with the meal.

Looking forward to this one -- last year El Paso -- this year Glendale! :)

We made the decision today not to go. We're disappointed in the match-up, so we're gonna skip this one, but we'll definitely be watching from home!

Would absolutely love to go, but having surgery on the 15th and there is no way I'd physically be able to go.
Maybe I can find a DD driver from here to Arizona, but then I'll need someone to help me hold my beer :D

My wife just booked it! Flying out of here on New Year's Eve, and got a hotel within a mile of the Stadium. Our 1st bowl game, can't wait to kick some ***.

I just can't get excited about new years in Glendale.

that's because you are supposed to be in Tempe ;)

last time i was in Phoenix for the Fiesta Bowl, the Insight Bowl was on NYE and the ticket got you into their big party. the party was $20 to get in. that's what i paid for my ticket to the game :D

this year the game is earlier though, so i'm not sure how it works

Just a reminder to everyone going -- leave your super-expensive SLR camera at home. If your camera has a detachable lens, you can't bring it into the stadium (as I found out at the gate, to my chagrin). A kindly stranger held my camera for me. Just bring a good quality point-and-shoot camera that you can fit in your pocket.
