Yes, Bob does pretty much own the Big 12 but Jim Tressel owns the Big Ten. I can't really remember the last time he lost the Big Ten w/o having to look it up.

Its split. I mean when have they NEVER won it. They're either co-champs or champs lately. I had to look it up 2003(Michigan) and 2004(Michigan/Iowa) they weren't. He's won 5 straight years since then.
