...I sit here on the eve of another OU appearance in the Big XII CCG.

1. The CFB regular season will be over tomorrow night, and damn, it sure went by fast. :( But we do have a bowl game to look forward to.

2. The whorn season ended on Thanksgiving night :texan: ...and they are not going bowling! :D :mack:

It went by quick, I'm actually glad to be getting some time back on the weekends. But I'll be missing the games soon enough.

I hoped for, but DID NOT EXPECT, OU to be playing for the conference championship.

Some new words I've learned this year: Roy Finch, Kenny Stills.

I seriously thought about it, but realized that I've moved on. ;)

The season did go by fast. After bowls... I usually go into an 8-month long stretch of doldrums.

Thanksfully, I have years of OU football games on DVD to watch over and over and over. Lofton's monster hits on Chase Daniel in the Big 12 title game, Keith Jackson's one-handed catch, Jamelle Holieway's 86 yard TD pass to Jackson, Uwe von Schamann's kick to beat tOSU.

These are a few of my favorite things...

Way too fast. As with life, each year seems quicker than the last.
