Meaning of OSU, UT, and UN

A man sees a guy wearing an OSU hat and asked him what it stands for and he says, "Oklahoma Stomped Us." Next, the same man sees a another guy wearing a UT hat and asks what that stands for and he says, "Us Too." Lastly a guy walks in wearing a University of Nebraska hat, so the man asks him what the UN stands for and he says, "Next Up."
